Refinement: Details in Typography is a 68-page book outlining the rules and definitions that every designer should know. The visual style of this book was inspired by the Bauhaus art movement, with bright colors and overlapping shapes. This project displays editorial and layout skills as well as typography and hierarchy.

Class project for Typography II at the University of Kansas, 2025. The text was compiled from the following sources: Elements of Typographic Style by Robert Bringhurst, Getting it Right with Type: the Do’s and Don’ts of Typography by Victoria Square, Mac is Not A Typewriter by Robin Williams.
